To access the Parent Agreement & Consent Form you must navigate and complete the Super Duper Parent Handbook.

The Super Duper Parent Handbook is an interactive, online guide that will take you, step by step, through important information about coming to camp. 

At the end of the Handbook, you will be asked review and e-sign the Parent Agreement and Consent Form.

YOU MUST SIGN THIS FORM IN ORDER FOR YOU CHILD TO COME TO CAMP.
